Summary: Verdant Resolutions supports the sustainability strategy development and environmental performance reporting for Perpetua Resources, a mining company with a focus on responsible development and site restoration. Led by Ms. LaSalle, the team also assists with investor communications and annual roadmap updates.

Key Activities and Contributions:

• Conduct annual GHG inventories in alignment with the GHG Protocol (Scopes 1 and 2)

• Produce investor-facing ESG reports aligned with SASB standards, including the annual SASB Disclosure Table

• Support accurate scoring by Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) through formal responses and data verification

• Collaborate with engineering, permitting, and community relations teams to ensure technically sound, compelling ESG narratives

• Developed and refined Perpetua’s sustainability goals, first published in the 2022 Sustainability Roadmap in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); update annually

• Streamlined roadmap updates in subsequent years to reduce reporting burden while maintaining transparency

• Built a Life of Mine emissions forecast to guide long-term goal setting and inform investor communications
