STRAVEN Strategy Group is a Boise-based consulting firm focused on practical, cost-effective energy strategies and infrastructure improvements for school districts, cities, manufacturers, and high-impact organizations. Building on an eight-year foundation of work through Warm Springs Consulting, the firm brings a strong track record of helping clients reduce waste, lower utility costs, and invest wisely in long-term infrastructure upgrades.
The firm specializes in energy planning, all-fuels inventories, and equipment modernization. Having worked extensively with rural communities and schools across Idaho, Straven Strategy Group understands the real-world challenges of aging infrastructure and supports efforts to ensure limited funds are directed toward projects that deliver long-term savings and community benefit.
