RT Williams is an energy engineer and Certified Energy Manager specializing in building performance, energy efficiency, and implementation across commercial, industrial, institutional, and public-sector facilities. His expertise includes energy audits and feasibility analysis, benchmarking, energy management, utility incentives, forecasting and demand management, and custom energy-monitoring tools. He is an Oregon-designated Qualified Person, Qualified Energy Auditor, and Qualified Energy Manager, with specific expertise in Oregon Building Performance Standards and ASHRAE Level 2 audits.
RT previously led U.S. Department of Energy-sponsored Industrial Assessment Center audits and conducted building-energy research as an ORISE iBUILD Research Fellow with Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
